Condolences to the Family of McKenzie Murphy, Jr.

March 19, 2024: To FAMILY of MCKENZIE MURPHY,

We the Pastor, Ministers, Officers and Members of the Nazarene Baptist Church of Nicetown, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your dearly beloved Husband, Brother, Uncle, Relative and Friend!!! Brother Murphy loved the Lord, his Family and our Flock!!! He was a faithful servant of the Master in our Trustees Ministry and a member of our Men’s Discipleship Ministry!!

We know that he will be greatly missed but the moment that he closed his eyes in death, he woke up, safe and secure, in the arms of and in the presence of the Lord. (2 Corinthians 5:8) He is now at rest and at peace with Almighty God!!!

To SISTER DENISE, KENNETH and the MURPHY FAMILY ……… the Psalmist says in Psalm 30:5 “…weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning!” We are in passionate and persistent prayer for you, that the Lord would comfort and wrap His loving arms around all of you, as you grieve, in your hour of sorrow!

We ask the Lord to bless you with His inexplicable love and inexhaustible grace as He heals your hearts!!! Psalm 34:18 says, The Lord is near the broken hearted and He saves those crushed in spirit!” May He hold you in the hollow of His mighty hand and keep you in His tender loving care in the moments, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and years to come!! In Jesus Name!

Love In Christ,

K. Marshall Williams, Sr.

Senior Pastor
